OBJECTIVES
This program provides students with the motivation and techniques needed to develop a strong relationship with both the business and financial sectors. It encourages students to build awareness regarding habit transformation, organization, prioritization, and planning, enabling them to develop and complete projects that achieve the expected results.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
The student completing the Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Financial Education will be able to:
  1. Demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively.
  2. Apply acquired knowledge to lead a team efficiently and guide decision-making in complex business scenarios.
  3. Develop a framework for identifying different points of view and recognizing multiple perspectives.
  4. Strengthen research skills focused on scientific inquiry for a deeper understanding of the program area and the topic selected for the thesis or article.
  5. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business management when applied to the context of finance.
  6. Develop a deeper understanding of the importance of spiritual intelligence in fostering a more intimate relationship with God.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Completed and signed Enrollment Agreement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proof of fluency in the preferred program language, demonstrated through a certificate of completion of a previous course taken in that language.
  • Official transcripts of previous studies.
  • Copy of official identification.
  • Debit Authorization (optional).
  • Passport-type photo.
  • Pastoral Ordination (if applicable).
